Instagram Competition 2018-10

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation mentioned here.

  2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on October 11, 2018 and ends on October 15, 2018 at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
  3. Only one entry per person is possible.
  4. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany & Austria who have reached the age of 18.
  5. The prize includes 1 climbing wall set KATZENARTistik consisting of 1 climbing-scratching post (post length 118cm, without holder for flower pot) and 2 jumping posts. Wood color & post position can be chosen from the current shop offer. Wood color: white, white-cherry, white-walnut, white-blue, white-green, natural (transparent); Post position: left or right
  6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who have liked the competition post on the kitzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period and have left a comment under the previous image post on the kitzenart.com Instagram account, in whose image the katzenart image icon was placed. The image icon to be found is shown in the image material of the competition post.
  7. Among all participants who fulfill both conditions, the winner will be determined by random draw on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, and informed via Instagram by personal message and asked for the desired KATZENARTistik variant (wood color, post position) and his/her postal address.
  8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the communicated address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be drawn again.
  9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and a possible prize settlement in compliance with data protection regulations.
  10. We also refer to our data protection regulations.
  11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the above consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
  12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
  13. Legal recourse is excluded.
  14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if manipulation is suspected.
  15. Should individual clauses be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
  16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if proper execution is not guaranteed for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
  17. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the owner of this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
