Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions stated here.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 25.03.2022 and ends on 26.03.2022. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is possible.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.
5. The prize includes 1 personalized vaccination certificate cover - the winner can freely choose the color of the vaccination certificate cover from our assortment.
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who responded to the competition story on the kitzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period.
7. Among all participants who meet all conditions, one winner will be determined by random draw and informed via Instagram by personal message by Sunday, 27.03.2022 at the latest, and asked for his/her postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the communicated address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be re-raffled.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of carrying out the competition and potential prize handling, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our data protection regulations.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without notice. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram), proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
17. The competition is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
