Terms and Conditions

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on December 1, 2019, and ends on December 7, 2019, at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Eligible participants are individuals residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland, who are 18 years of age or older.
5. The prize includes 1 vaccination record cover - a total of 3 vaccination record covers will be raffled off. The color & variant can be chosen from the current shop offer. Color: anthracite, brown, curry yellow, lime green - Variant - Embroidery: blank, sitting cat.
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating individuals who follow the kitzenart.com Instagram Account and have liked the competition post and left a comment under the competition post on the kitzenart.com Instagram Account during the competition period.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all 3 conditions, the winner will be determined by random draw on Sunday, December 8, 2019, and informed via Instagram by personal message, and asked for the desired vaccination record cover (color & variant) and his/her postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification via email or Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and the prize will be raffled again.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the competition and any prize handling, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. In addition, we refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the above consent to storage by written notice to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without stating reasons if manipulation is suspected.
15. Should individual clauses be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
17. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
