Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 23.12.2019 and ends on 28.12.2019 at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to anyone who fulfills the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is possible.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland, who have reached the age of 18.
5. The prize includes a vaccination passport cover, an online voucher worth €50.00 (valid indefinitely) and two jumping posts.
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating persons who follow the kitzenart.com Instagram Account, liked the competition post on the kitzenart.com Instagram Account during the competition period, found and liked all 3 searched images/video posts with the help of the clues & commented on the last one. 
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the winner will be determined by random draw on Sunday, 29.12.2019 and informed via Instagram by personal message and asked for their postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be redrawn.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition may be collected, processed and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the competition and a possible prize settlement in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our data protection regulations.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the above consent to storage by written revocation to der Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if, for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram), proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.
17. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
