Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated herein.

1. The organizer of the prize draw is Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart, An der Industriebahn 12-16 | Gebäude 409a, 13088 Berlin, Email: info@kitzenart.com, Tel: +49(0) 30 20 9532 93
2. The opportunity to participate in the prize draw begins on January 21, 2021 and ends on January 24, 2021 at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is possible.
4. Eligible participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.
5. The prize includes two coloring books from our online shop - TO THE COLORING BOOK.
6. The prize - two coloring books - will be drawn among all participants who follow the kitzenart.com Instagram Account, have liked the prize draw post on the kitzenart.com Instagram Account during the prize draw period, and have sent a screenshot of the colored-in prize draw coloring template to katzenart via Instagram's message function. 
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, the two winners will be determined by random drawing on Monday, January 25, 2021, and informed via Instagram by personal message, and asked for their postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram by personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be redrawn.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this prize draw will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and a possible prize processing, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free to revoke the above consent to storage at any time by written notice to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. Legal recourse is excluded.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons in case of suspected manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the prize draw at any time, in whole or in part, even without notice. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
17. The prize draw is not associated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this prize draw.
