Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation stated herein.

  2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on October 8, 2021, and ends on October 20, 2021, at 11:59 PM. Participation is open to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Eligible participants must reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland and be at least 18 years old.
  5. The prize includes either 1 lounging and scratching tower PLATTFORM with a felt pad or a Klettewand Set KATZENARTistik from our online shop - the winner can freely choose the color of the felt mat for the lounging and scratching tower or the sisal color for the climbing wall set.
  6. The prize will be raffled among all participating individuals who follow the kitzenart.com Instagram account, liked the competition post on the kitzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period, tagged a friend in a comment under the competition post, and used katzenart Story Stickers in their Instagram story as described below (katzenart Instagram planner) and tagged the kitzenart.com Instagram account in it.

    How the katzenart Instagram planner works

     

    • Upload a picture of your living space to your Instagram Story
    • Press the sticker icon in the upper Instagram Story bar
    • Select GIF
    • Enter #katzenart in the search bar
    • Select sticker (either 1 lounging and scratching tower or 2 jumping posts + 1 climbing scratching post)
    • Place the stickers in the appropriate location in your living space - rotating and resizing them
    • Tag our Instagram account in the Story
    • Share the Story
  8. Among all participants who meet all conditions, a winner will be randomly selected on Thursday, October 21, 2021, and informed via Instagram personal message, and asked for their postal address.
  9. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification by email or via Instagram personal message and provide the address for shipping the prize. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and the prize will be re-raffled.
  10. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the competition and any prize processing, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  11. Furthermore, we refer to our data protection policy.
  12. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written notice to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
  13. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
  14. Legal recourse is excluded.
  15. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
  16. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
  17. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without observing notice periods. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
  18. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will be used solely for this competition.
