Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating, the participant accepts the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. The opportunity to participate in the competition begins on 22.07.2022 and ends 24 hours later (story length). Participation is open to those who fulfill the respective tasks and conditions of participation.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Persons residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
5. The prize includes a €20 voucher for our online shop.
6. The prize will be raffled among all participating individuals who clicked on the Reaction Sticker in the competition story and found & liked the sought-after image post on the kitzenart.com Instagram account during the competition period.
7. Among all participants who fulfill all conditions, one winner will be determined by random draw and informed via Instagram personal message by Monday, July 25, 2022, at the latest, and asked for their postal address.
8. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification via email or Instagram personal message and provide the address for prize shipment. The prize will be sent to the provided address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize will be redrawn.
9. The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition will be collected, processed, and used by Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart for the purpose of conducting the competition and any prize processing, in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. We also refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. The participant is free at any time to revoke the aforementioned consent to storage by written revocation to Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. The decision of the judges is final.
14. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation.
15. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies.
16. Mirko Haban & Kathrin Scheuerlein GbR - katzenart reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, in whole or in part, even without prior notice. This applies in particular if proper execution is not guaranteed due to technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by Instagram).
17. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but the person responsible for this page. The information you provide will only be used for this competition.
